The Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake Will Begin Accepting Project Based Voucher Applications for Bud Bailey Apartments on April 15, 2013.


To qualify, an individual or family must be enrolled and participate in case management care by a resettlement agency or a provider with primary responsibility of case management.

Applicants must be referred by the resettlement agency providing the case management.

1.  Applicant must be disabled or have a disabling condition.

2.  Applicant must be displaced by government action within the past 4-1/2 years or household faces English language barriers, including limited literacy in their own language.

3.  Applicant is living in substandard housing or is homeless.

If you think you may qualify for a Project Based Voucher for Bud Bailey Apartments, you may pick up a pre-qualification packet at the Housing Authority office, 3595 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.  Once it is determined that you qualify, you will be sent an application.    


 The Bud Bailey Apartments will provide 134 units of affordable housing for low-income refugees, homeless families, homeless youth, and families.
