In 2003 the Housing Authority received Section 811 funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to build ten rent subsidized units for individuals with disabilities. Pleasant Green Villa is located at 2971 South 8400 West in Magna, Utah. These ten units are fully accessible and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
